Standard Return Policy

Our 90 Day Field Test is different from our standard return policy. 

Standard Return: If you would like an exchange or refund, you may return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, only worn indoors, and have all labels and swing tags still attached.

  • Note: We cover the shipping cost of the first return only. Any additional returns for an exchanged product will be at the customer’s expense.

Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship for 12 months from the purchase date (excluding fair wear and tear).

We're currently anticipating a higher volume of orders than usual and orders may take slightly longer to dispatch and courier.

Final Date For Christmas Deliveries:

In light of potential shipping delays and the holiday shopping rush, our logistics partners recommend placing all Christmas orders by December 16, 2024, for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.


Shipping

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00am - 3:00pm NZST.

Please allow up to 3 days to process your order after you've made a purchase.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.



Shipping Fees

  • Free Delivery on all orders.



Expected Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders within 3 to 15 business days (based on your location) from the time that they are ordered. 

Please allow extra time for weekends, public holidays and deliveries to rural addresses.

  • Estimated delivery for Auckland & North Island: 1 to 4 Business Days
  • Estimated delivery for South Island: 2 to 5 Business Days

Orders must be signed for so please be available to receive your delivery.


Where We Don't Ship

We only ship our products within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.
