90 Day Field Test

Try your Muck Boots for a full 90 days! If you don’t love them, return them for a full refund. 

• Put Your Boots to the Test: Wear them outdoors in fields, paddocks, concrete surfaces—wherever you need them! 
  
  
• Full Priced Products Only: The Field Test applies only to full-priced items. Sale items are not eligible. 
  
  
• Valid for NZ Purchases Only: The 90-Day Field Test is valid in New Zealand for purchases from our official Muck Boots NZ website or authorised NZ retailers.  

• Returns from outside NZ or purchased from other platforms (such online marketplaces like eBay or Amazon) are not accepted. 

Try At Home & Make Sure You Have The Right Size 

As soon as you receive your boots, please try them on indoors with all tags and labels attached.

This helps ensure that returned boots remain in new condition, minimizing waste and environmental impact.

1. Correct Fit/Style: If the size and style are correct, your 90-day trial period begins the day you receive the boots.

2. Incorrect Fit/Style: If the size or style doesn’t work for you, please find out more information and complete our standard online return form. 

• Important: We cover the cost of the first return. Additional returns for exchanged boots will be at the customer’s expense. 
  
  
• Your 90-day trial will start once you receive the correctly sized/style boots.

Steps For Returning Your Boots For A Refund 

For Boots Purchases from Authorised Retailers:
If you have purchased your boots from one of our trusted Muck Boots New Zealand retailers, please head in-store and one of our friendly staff members can help you with a 90 Day Return form. 

For Boots Purchased Online:
If you have purchased your boots from our official Muck Boot NZ website. Please follow the process below. 

1. Submit the 90 Day Return Form: 

Complete and submit our 90-day return form within 7 days after your 90-day trial ends below.

• Return Shipping Covered: We will provide return shipping instructions once your request is processed.

 
2. IMPORTANT: Clean Your Boots
 Please clean your boots before returning them. For hygiene reasons, dirty boots cannot be accepted.  

• Returned boots must be cleaned so they can be resold secondhand, helping to minimize environmental impact. 

3. Refund: 

After receiving your clean boots, we’ll process the return within 4-7 business days.  

Once approved and completed, we will ask for your refund will be issued to the original payment method used within 1-2 business days.
